INSTRUCTION OF EMPLOYER'S PERSONNEL

After the equipment has been installed, tested, adjusted and placed in after satisfactory operation the Contractor shall provide the services of manufacturer's representative to instruct the operating personnel in the use and maintenance of the equipment. An instruction program shall be conducted for up to size plant operators designated by the Employer. The Contractor shall give the Engineer and Employer at least one month's written notice of the proposed instruction program. Instruction covering basic system operation theory, routine maintenance and repair, and "hands on" operation of equipment involved, and the Employer's approval of instruction adequacy obtained before terminating the program. Instruction periods shall be acceptable to the Employer and be prepared in consultation with him.
