Ordinances and Regulations
Materials, equipment and workmanship shall be designed to comply with and shall be installed in accordance with the requirements of all legally constituted public authorities having jurisdiction, including Safety Orders and Fire Protection Rules and Regulations. Except that where provisions of these Specifications exceed such requirements, these Specifications shall govern. The Contractor shall obtain and pay for all permits, licenses and inspections that are required for the performing of his work by all laws, ordinances, rules, regulations or orders of any body lawfully empowered to make or issue same, having jurisdiction.
