1.6.2 Clarifiers Feed Channel

Layout of the Water Treatment Plant is such that Clarifiers are located away from the Flash Mixer. Therefore, Clarifier Feed Channel shall be built to collect and distribute alum mixed water between the three Clarifier cum Flocculation Tanks. A Chamber shall be built in front of each Clarifier below the Clarifier Feed Channel fitted with a valve to control flow in each Clarifier cum Flocculation Tank.
